Artist Statement

I have but all the things I like on my paper design.These are things I have put on it, Netball,Maori Culture,and Avanth family font.I hope when I start lino cutting it will look good.I had trouble doing my sketch because I didn't know what to draw but I finally got my final drawing.So soon I can start cutting but I have to learn first.I just want to show who I truly am in my lino cutting.I enjoyed creating my piece because I wanted to see my abilities in my drawing and the sizing of my drawing so it can fit on the lino.I have learned the different types of tools and what we use.

Water rocket

Answer these questions about your experiment:

1. What is the best number of fins?2
2. What happens to the water rocket if you do not have fins?They dont fly as well.
3. What is the best nose shape? detach mental triangle 
4. What happens if you have a flat nose shape?the air doesn't catch on the water rocket as well.
5. Does ballast at the nose make any difference?yes it makes it fly higher.

7. Explain what happens if you have too much water?It makes it heaver
8. What is pushing the rocket to make it go faster?air out of a bike pump.
9. Name the 4 forces that effect the water rockets flight?gravity,thrust,drag,lift
10. What keeps the rocket moving once the water has all come out?Air
